Sited on the edge of the Arabian Gulf and exposed to the elements of the prevailing winds Dubal Aluminium are now in the process of erecting their 9th Pot Line making their plant one of the larges aluminium processing plants in the whole of the Middle East.

Rigidal Industries LLC are proud to say they have been associated with Dubal in their growth by manufacturing the aluminium cladding used to clad the various buildings over the last 20 years. All of which has been installed by one of Rigidal’s approved contractors M/s Mosaco Contracting LLC.

In excess of 500,000m2 of cladding has now been supplied to the site over the years using Rigidal’s WB6 profile which is painted in Dubal’s in house colours using a PVDF paint system on both faces of the cladding.

The very location of the development means that the cladding is not only exposed to the very brunt of the Gulfs weather conditions but has to cope with the aggressive atmosphere that is typical within any aluminium smelting facility.

The very fact that the cladding has performed for this period of time in such conditions is a testament to the quality of the materials supplied where only the best paint system could cope with this environment.

The ariel shots pictured below show the vast scale of the site and quality of the materials used.

The fact that it is difficult to tell which materials were supplied from the beginning of the development 20 years ago to those materials which have been recently supplied show that aluminium cladding manufactured from quality products supplied by the industries leading manufactures is able to provide longevity and peace of mind to the client.
