Thermocore

Rigidal Thermocore is a trapezoidal through-fixed insulated composite panel which proves an extremely cost-effective and fast track solution for both new build and refurbishment applications. Available in aluminum or steel and a variety of finishes, the high performance CFC free polyurethane insulation core provides thermal reliability over the lifetime of the building.

(Enhanced insulated cores using polyisocyanurate (PIR) foams are also available)

Insulated composite panels offer many advantages over traditional built-up systems, including guaranteed performance, durability, reduced construction costs, excellent levels of air tightness and no risk of condensation or cold bridging within the panel.

Rigidal Thermocore easily complies with the stringent performance standards of the Middle East Region.

Application
Rigidal Thermocore is designed for use in all roofing applications where the actual roof pitch is 5 ° or greater. The panels, which are simply through fixed are also suitable for both vertical and horizontal wall applications.

Products Dimension
Panel thickness (mm) 30-100 (in 5mm increments)
