Rigidal Versacor Ultima is a trapezoidal through fixed insulated composite panel which provides an extremely cost-effective and fast track construction solution for both new build and refurbishment projects.

Rigidal Versacor Ultima is available in steel or aluminum with a high performance Versacor corrosion resistant coating.
This is particularly suited to heavy industry applications and coastal environments.

Manufactured by CENTRIA (a partnership of HH Robertson and Smith Steelite), Versacor benefits from over 100 years experience and advanced technology in the provision of maximum protection for metal roofs and walls.

The CFC-free insulation core of Rigidal Versacor Ultima provides thermal reliability over the lifetime of the building, and enhanced insulation cores using polyisocyanurate (PIR) foams are also available.

Insulated composite panels offer many advantages over traditional build-up systems, including guaranteed performance, durability, reduced construction costs, excellent levels of air tightness and no risk of condensation or cold bridging within the panel.

Application
Rigidal Versacor Ultima is designed for use in all roofing applications where the actual roof pitch is 5° or greater. The panels, which are simply through fixed, are also suitable for both vertical and horizontal wall applications.

• Fire Performance
  Rigidal Versacor Ultima Polyurethane insulated composite panels achieve the following results that enable them to achieve a Class 0 rating as classified by Building Regulations.

The internal liner sheet will generally be a smooth or stucco embossed finish with an off-white polyester coating. The external weather sheet is available in either 3000 series aluminum or pre-painted Z275 stucco embossed finished galvanized steel with a Versacor coating.

Versacor Coating
Versacor ultra high performance coating provide maximum protection to both sides of the metal substrate by employing a proprietary, high-build, flexible epoxy barrier coat. This tough, corrosion resistant coating ensures long service life and weather tightness, and is particularly effective in industrial and coastal environments.
