Riblok 300 has been developed to meet the ever increasing demands for forecourt canopies where it is necessary to have clean soffit lines with a durable material providing long life with low maintenance requirements.

Success has led the product application being extended to utilization in fascias, soffits and vertical wall design for industrial and commercial buildings. The finished installation provides a substantially flat façade. Whilst not designed as optically flat, the solution is architecturally pleasing and economically efficient when compared with other products.

Product Description
Riblok 300 is manufactured from 0.9mm aluminum and has a slight convex face in order to provide a pleasant aesthetic, almost flat appearance while accommodating site building tolerances.

Riblok 300 is available in a cover width of 300mm with a maximum length of 12 metres and can be made available in a variety of finishes polyester painted, abrasion resistant paint or PVDF paint and in a wide variety of colors, subject to project size.

Fixing
Riblok 300 is fixed to the main structure by first fixing in place the concealed support carrier then snapping the plank in place. Work can commence from either edge of the area to be clad, working across in one direction until complete.

Metal Facings

• Riblok 300 is available in aluminum with a wide range of paint finishes, PVF2,ARS (Abrasion Resistant System) and polyester.
• Riblok 300 is also available in galvanized steel with a PVF2 or polyester paint system.
